Job Opportunity:

  • Our ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of security protocols to ensure the safety and security of employees, premises, and assets. They should possess a strong background in military or law enforcement services to effectively manage security measures at our facilities.
  • They will be responsible for verifying the correct counting of incoming goods and dispatches of finished products against invoices or delivery orders.
  • The successful candidate will control access and exit of individuals, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and organizational policies. They will coordinate closely with the IT department to optimize attendance system usage.
  • They will monitor CCTV systems for security purposes and oversee surveillance operations at senior management residences.
  • They will evaluate employee and workplace safety, ensuring that factory keys are securely stored according to approved SOPs.
  • As the Fire Team leader, they will be responsible for managing firefighting equipment, organizing fire drills, and conducting regular fire training sessions.
  • They will take steps to prevent theft of goods, confiscate doubtful items, conduct searches of employee vehicles, and enforce disciplinary actions against those violating company premises rules.
