Senior Freelance Bidder

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Freelance Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing high-quality projects on freelancing platforms, such as Upwork and Freelancer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and bid on relevant projects across various freelancing platforms.
  • Craft customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to assess project feasibility.
  • Maintain professional profiles on freelancing platforms.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly project acquisition targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in securing and managing projects on freelancing platforms.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Knowledge of IT services, including Web, Mobile, WordPress, Laravel, Flutter, and Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and client handling skills.
  • CRM experience is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IT sales or business development experience.
  • Familiarity with Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Toptal, and other similar platforms.
  • Understanding of pricing models and project estimations.
