Freelance Accountant/Bidder

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to provide bidding services for accounting and bookkeeping projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality bid proposals that meet the specific needs of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bid Preparation: Prepare bids for accounting and bookkeeping services in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and other procurement opportunities.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on potential clients and their specific accounting and bookkeeping needs. Analyze client requirements and develop bid proposals that effectively address their needs.
  3. Cost Estimation: Collaborate with the Accounting team to estimate the cost of providing accounting and bookkeeping services to potential clients.
  4. Documentation: Prepare all necessary documentation for bid submissions, including financial statements and pricing schedules.
  5. Client Communication: Interact with potential clients to clarify bid requirements, address questions or concerns, and negotiate terms and conditions as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
