Strategic Fundraising Professional

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key member of our team, driving philanthropic growth and fostering meaningful relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with corporate, institutional, and individual donors to secure support for our mission-driven initiatives.
  • Craft compelling content for proposals, newsletters, brochures, websites, and other communications that highlight the impact of donor investments.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify grant opportunities aligned with our strategic goals and monitor grants activities to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Present substantive reports to donors showcasing the stewardship of their gifts, the impact of their investment, and encourage continued support.
  • Collaborate in designing and implementing a comprehensive development plan to expand and enhance foundation and corporate relationships.
  • Support the development and improvement of information systems regarding donor and prospect data management.
  • Represent our organization at local and regional fundraising conferences/seminars and corporate functions that benefit our fundraising program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate copy in accessible English.
  • Strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to undertake varied tasks simultaneously within stringent deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities working with diverse segments of the community.
