Business Continuity Manager

The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive business continuity management system aligned with ISO 22301 standards.
- Ensure that continuity processes align with relevant frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations, assessing impact on the organization's ability to deliver its objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies, considering multiple perspectives to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, procedures, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Establish and manage incident response, crisis management and disaster recovery framework, including scenario planning and testing.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management or a related field, certification in Business Continuity Management is highly desirable. At least 2 years of experience in developing, implementing and managing business continuity plans within an ISO 22301 framework is required.
