About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the operations department, you will be responsible for creating and executing project work plans, revising them as needed to meet changing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project work plans, making adjustments as required to ensure project scope is maintained and risk is minimized.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel and materials, to support project delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, overseeing project accounting and ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation is stored appropriately.
  • Fulfill all other project-related expectations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the latest project management software, tools such as Rational Rose, and development tools.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
