A highly motivated HR Operations Manager is required to join our Technology team.

This is a full-time position requiring attendance from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, remote work options are not available.

The HR Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the effective operation of our human resources department. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. The HR Operations Manager works closely with other departments to address employee needs and concerns while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Requirements
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • Address employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner, striving to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor employee morale and engagement levels, implementing strategies to foster a supportive workplace culture.
  • Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback from managers, developing relevant training materials and resources.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Process employee documentation such as contracts, agreements, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage HR databases and systems, generating reports and analytics as needed.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to employees, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working with senior management to develop and implement business policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Coordinating employee communications, including internal announcements and newsletters.
