Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

The organization seeks a seasoned supply chain professional to lead its end-to-end function, encompassing planning, procurement (domestic and international), production coordination, warehousing, and logistics. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in manufacturing and a proven track record in supply chain leadership.

  • Direct the entire supply chain process, including planning, procurement, production coordination, warehousing, and logistics management
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Oversee demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure timely availability of resources and on-time delivery of finished goods
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, ensure quality, timely procurement of materials while optimizing sourcing costs, and manage relationships with key suppliers
  • Safeguard warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy through effective systems and regular audits to minimize losses and guarantee traceability
  • Optimize logistics and distribution operations to ensure prompt, cost-effective delivery and elevated customer satisfaction levels
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements for import/export, safety, and documentation in all supply chain activities
  • Foster a high-performing supply chain team by providing training, guidance, and motivation, promoting ownership, accountability, and exceptional performance across all areas
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for procurement, inventory, and logistics reporting
  • Present timely operational reports and insights to senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including international trade
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI reporting skills
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
