Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for import/export, safety, and documentation in all supply chain activities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team to foster ownership, accountability, and high performance across all areas.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for procurement, inventory, and logistics reporting.
  • Present timely operational reports and insights to senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should possess at least 8 years of experience in supply chain leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives.

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP, and excellent negotiation and contract management skills are also essential.
