Job Title: Deputy Manager Maintenance

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager Maintenance to oversee the smooth operation of our maintenance processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained, efficient, and productive.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in developing and implementing effective preventive maintenance systems. You will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, collaborating with local vendors to source high-quality spare parts, and working closely with the team to improve machine efficiency and maintain good working conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preventive Maintenance Systems: Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance systems to minimize equipment downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely ordering to avoid stockouts.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with local vendors to source high-quality spare parts at competitive prices.
  • Team Development: Work closely with the team to improve machine efficiency and maintain good working conditions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Maintenance Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
