Inventory Control Specialist

This role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory control, safe working conditions, and efficient supply chain management. Key responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing storage strategies, and enforcing productivity standards across warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory control systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with inventory and order processing teams to optimize logistics and streamline processes.
Main Tasks:
• Develop and implement inventory control systems to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper use of MHE and IPM practices.
• Collaborate with inventory and order processing teams to optimize logistics and streamline processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
• Implement continuous improvements in warehouse operations, focusing on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, Master's degree preferred.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office software, along with knowledge of material handling equipment and inventory control systems.
