Job Overview:
In a fast-paced logistics environment, we seek a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities, ensuring seamless inventory control, safe working conditions, and efficient supply chain management. This role involves coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing storage strategies, and enforcing productivity standards across warehouse operations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the receipt of inbound goods from production, adhering to standardized storage protocols.
• Plan storage strategies in alignment with production schedules, minimizing storage costs and optimizing inventory turnover.
• Direct warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and security measures, including the effective use of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and implementation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) activities.
• Maintain appropriate storage environments to protect goods from adverse weather conditions, adhering to Food-Grade Quality Management Systems.
• Execute delivery and fulfillment processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting Perfect Order benchmarks by reducing customer complaints and enhancing dispatch quality.
• Administer outbound logistics in compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles, collaborating with inventory and order processing teams to adjust stock levels as needed.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, Master's degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics management, with proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office software. Additionally, strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
