About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively and make informed decisions. A background in supply chain management and logistics is essential, along with experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will be able to coordinate activities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality performance standards.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper use of MHE and IPM practices.
• Collaborate with inventory and order processing teams to optimize logistics and streamline processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, Master's degree preferred.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office software, along with knowledge of material handling equipment and inventory control systems.
