QuickBooks Manager Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of QuickBooks accountants. The successful candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience with QuickBooks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Leadership: Lead a team of QuickBooks accountants and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Clients Services: Provide exceptional client service and support to meet their accounting needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Stay up-to-date with the latest QuickBooks features and functionality.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot accounting issues and provide solutions to resolve them.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Qualifications: ACCA/CA qualified or partially qualified.
  • Schedule: Must work during USA business hours.
  • QuickBooks Experience: Previous QuickBooks experience required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in QuickBooks Online.
  • Managerial Experience: Previous manager and supervisory role required.
  • Financial Reporting: Previous financial reporting experience required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
  • Computer Literacy: High degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Detailed Orientation: Detailed oriented with high accuracy in communication.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Remote Work: Willingness to work from home with flexibility to switch to office if needed.
