Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to drive our digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that meet business objectives, incorporating SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other online channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Lead and manage the SEO team to optimize website traffic and increase organic rankings.
  • Oversee the design team to ensure all digital assets are visually compelling and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to refine campaigns and drive growth.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our digital marketing strategies.
About the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with website design and development is an asset.
