We are seeking an experienced Chemical Industry Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies across the paint, coating, and paper chemicals industries. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and providing tailored chemical solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market entry strategies to expand our presence in paint, coating, and paper chemicals markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in relevant industries.
- Bilateral relationship building with existing and potential customers to offer customized chemical products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the paint, coating, and paper chemicals sectors.
- Postgraduate degree (MSc) in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of related chemical products.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Paint, Coating & Paper Chemicals.
- B2B Sales and Account Management expertise.
- Market and competitor analysis skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and customer support capabilities.
