Job Overview

At Exuberant Group, Pakistan, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our sales strategy and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the company's objectives and fosters market penetration.

Key responsibilities include leading the Sales team in achieving sales goals and providing guidance and support for their performance and development.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will create action plans for individual and team members to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

By collaborating with the marketing team, they will develop and implement effective marketing plans as needed.

Furthermore, they will provide regular feedback to senior management on sales performance, including timely and accurate pricing information to maintain maximum profit margins.

Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate record-keeping of sales data, activity reports, and pricing submitted by Account Executives.

Finally, the incumbent will manage expenses to align with company guidelines while adhering to all policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/enterprise sales within the telecom industry.
  • Background in sales leadership or management is required.
