About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to take on the challenging role of digital marketing appointment setting.

The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct B2B outreach through various channels—phone, email, or social media—to generate high-quality leads for our marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to businesses across industries
  • Set and confirm appointments with our marketing consultants and closers
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging strategies
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital marketing services to decision-makers
  • Continuously optimize outreach processes to improve appointment-setting success rates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, cold calling, and B2B appointment setting
  • Strong background in digital marketing sales, including understanding of buyer psychology
  • Ability to craft compelling pitches that resonate with decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing-related sales roles

Prior experience working with agencies or service-based businesses is advantageous
