Appointment Setter / Sales Staff for SEO & Digital Marketing Project

Job Overview:
Atrium Solutions is seeking energetic appointment setters, business developers, and sales staff to join our Call Center team for USA-based SEO and digital marketing projects. Please note, we are not hiring for SEO or web development roles. This opportunity is ideal for students (O/A levels) or individuals with experience in call center sales, appointment setting, or business development, specifically for USA-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule appointments for our SEO and digital marketing services.
  2. Engage potential clients over the phone, requiring fluent English-speaking skills.
  3. Follow up on leads and maintain strong communication with clients.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in English is essential.
  2. While experience in USA-based call center sales is a plus, it is not mandatory.
  3. Students of O/A levels are encouraged to apply.

Job Specification:

Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients confidently over the phone.

Customer Service Skills: Ability to understand client needs, address concerns, and maintain a professional rapport.

Appointment Setting: Experience or knowledge in scheduling appointments with potential clients in a professional and timely manner.

Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques, including lead follow-up, objection handling, and persuasion.

Cold Calling Experience (preferred): Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is an advantage but not mandatory.

Time Management: Ability to manage and prioritize calls and tasks efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on ensuring accurate client information and follow-up actions.

Goal-Oriented Mindset: Willingness to work towards achieving call-related objectives, even without sales targets.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with colleagues in a call center environment and contribute to team goals.
