Product Designer Responsibilities
  • UX-First Problem Solving: Lead UX and visual design initiatives to evolve our applications' design. Rapidly create multiple solutions using sketches, prototypes, and wireframes.
  • UI and Visual Design: Define mobile and web UI, focusing on UI, product branding, and content presentation.
  • Design and Iterate Quickly: As a fast-moving startup, we need designers who can create high-quality designs rapidly, both initially and in follow-up iterations.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work based on written and verbal design briefs from the Marketing, Product Management, and Product Design teams to conceptualize and execute visual content that supports strategic initiatives.
  • Adaptation & Iteration: Respond to feedback and refine design work to ensure they meet stakeholders' needs while staying aligned with our brand's visual identity.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a product designer, preferably 3+ years in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing various product and UX design case studies.
  • Attention to detail for outstanding creative and visual design.
  • Able to welcome feedback and provide constructive feedback.
  • Able to ideate quickly and create diverse visual directions/concepts.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and enthusiasm for learning new software design trends/technologies.
