We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our service operations in Lahore and drive excellence in customer support and service delivery.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for heading the After-Sales Service Department, developing and implementing strategies to enhance service efficiency and customer retention, managing and training service teams, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining strong client relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field, 4-5 years of experience in Operations/Maintenance or after-sales service, strong customer service and communication skills, experience in managing after-sales service operations, ability to resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, team management and coordination skills, knowledge of service improvement strategies, and excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
