Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver informative training sessions for new team members
  • Help new employees navigate their onboarding schedule
  • Contribute to the growth of the onboarding program
Responsibilities
  • Deliver training content to entry-level staff
  • Support multiple classes of new team members throughout their onboarding process
  • Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence as they advance through the early stages of their on-the-job experience
  • Conduct exercises that enhance the learning process
  • Create Enablement content such as slide decks, product guides, videos, eLearning experiences and email templates
  • Schedule training sessions and intake facilitator requests
Requirements
  • 2+ years building content and facilitating training in a sales organization
  • 2+ years progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
  • Experience expanding an onboarding program that delivered value during the ramp period
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Solid knowledge of corporate training techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on development and coaching
