Job Description

As a proactive Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for amplifying our brands' online presence through strategic paid and organic campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with internal creative teams to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.

You will own the digital marketing performance of our UK-based brands, driving growth through:

  • Strategic paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Engaging organic social media strategies (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories)
  • Collaboration with video editors and graphic designers to create compelling content

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, launching, and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Developing and implementing engaging organic social media strategies
  • Collaborating with internal creative teams to maximize brand visibility
  • Regularly analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
  • Researching and applying emerging social media trends
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years proven experience in digital marketing/social media management
  • Strong expertise in paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Experience managing social media channels for e-commerce brands
  • Skilled in content planning, creation, and execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Proficient in analyzing and reporting digital campaign performance
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
