Job Title: Construction Workflow Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Workflow Coordinator to develop, implement, and refine efficient operational procedures in our construction projects.

  • The ideal candidate will coordinate project timelines, ensuring timely task completion, and facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, is a key responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will monitor project progress, address any workflow disruptions, and assist in resource planning and allocation to meet project demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in workflow coordination within the construction industry is essential.
  • Fluent English communication skills are necessary for dealing with the US market and management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or Asana/Trello is required.
  • The ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs is crucial.
  • Hands-on experience managing documentation, coordinating with field teams/subcontractors, and working with construction timelines is necessary.
  • Knowledge of US construction regulations and permit handling is a plus.
  • The ability to interpret technical construction drawings and specifications is also desirable.
