
International Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic professional to help expand our international client base for IT, software development, and digital marketing services.
- Identify and target international clients for custom software development, IT consulting, and digital marketing services in North America, Europe, or the Middle East.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate global markets.
- Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and support lead generation campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international B2B sales or business development in the IT/software services industry.
- Proven track record of closing deals with global clients.
- Sound understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and technical terminology.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in tools such as CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and proposal platforms.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
