Job Description:
A Dairy Farm Manager/Veterinary Assistant is required to oversee daily operations at a dairy farm in Sindh province. Key responsibilities include efficient milking, maintaining highest hygiene standards, managing farm operations and finances, procuring and managing animal feed, keeping accurate records, overseeing reproduction strategies, ensuring optimal milk supply, and managing staff.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our team. As a Farm Manager/Veterinary Assistant, you will be responsible for the overall management of the farm, including animal health, farm operations, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee timely and efficient milking, considering animal health
• Maintain highest hygiene standards
• Manage farm operations and finances
• Procure and manage animal feed
• Keep accurate records in both hardcopy and electronic formats
• Oversee reproduction strategies and farm growth
• Ensure optimal milk supply to clients, maintaining proper temperatures and chilling procedures
• Manage staff and be accountable for all activities at the farm
