The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the farm, including animal health, farm operations, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee timely and efficient milking, considering animal health
• Maintain highest hygiene standards
• Manage farm operations and finances
• Procure and manage animal feed
• Keep accurate records in both hardcopy and electronic formats
• Oversee reproduction strategies and farm growth
• Ensure optimal milk supply to clients, maintaining proper temperatures and chilling procedures
• Manage staff and be accountable for all activities at the farm
