About This Role

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required for this position.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements to ensure transparency and compliance
  • Perform regular internal audits to identify any financial discrepancies and take corrective action
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper reconciliation of financial accounts
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to drive business growth
  • Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns
  • Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision making
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel, for data analysis and record-keeping
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial record keeping
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex financial issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information
