We are seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant to join our team in the Department of Applied Chemistry.
Job Overview:The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting research on the mechanistic study of high-temperature carcinogens formation and amadori reaction products in grilled meat. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to make a meaningful contribution to the field of chemistry.
To be successful, you will need to possess relevant skills and experience, including being an M.Phil. enrolled student in Applied Chemistry with strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and analytical techniques.
