Computer Laboratory Technician Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer labs, maintaining inventory, procuring and managing computer hardware, software and peripherals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain organized computer labs to guarantee optimal functionality.
  • Manage the inventory, procurement and maintenance of computer hardware, software and peripherals.
  • Provide support in setting up and configuring computers, servers and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Offer technical assistance to students and faculty in the computer labs.
