Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion in the insurance and auto finance verticals.
  • Identify customer needs and refine existing offerings or create new products to meet evolving demands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in banking, insurance, and corporate segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation and nurturing.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure timely and seamless execution of services.
  • Stay updated on automotive market trends, insurance product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Proven understanding of auto financing, auto insurance products, and related sectors.
  • 5-7 years of experience in consumer banking, insurance, or associated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, online lead generation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative and analytical thinking, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Graduation or Master's degree in a relevant field.
