Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with executives and be proficient in computer skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects assigned by the Director, including diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests.
  • Coordinate calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Director and business partners.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure the Director's preparation for meetings, presentations, or other engagements.
  • Perform administrative activities, including:
    • Taking phone calls and responding to messages.
    • Maintaining personal and business files, records, and documentation.
    • Filing, storage, and retrieval of business and personal activities.
  • Handle confidential financial and accounting matters for the chairman.
  • Prepare and send business correspondence.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with executives is required.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
