**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented and experienced leader to join our team at Changi Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations at the airport, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer experiences.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Optimise operations to drive sales growth and enhance customer experiences
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service levels and drive sales growth
  • Manage inventory and margins across the airport to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in foreign exchange or retail, with at least 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management and financial acumen
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
