Call Center Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Leader to drive business growth and excellence in our call center operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of call center agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and train highly skilled call center staff.
  2. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement across all teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Tech Procurement and Management: Oversee the procurement and management of technology, tools, and calling data to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Campaign Selection and Management: Lead the selection, onboarding, and management of campaigns to achieve business goals.
  5. New Campaign Acquisition: Strategically acquire new campaigns aligned with business objectives, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  6. Operational Optimization: Develop performance metrics, monitor reports, and optimize operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  7. Culture Development: Foster a culture of high performance and accountability within the team, promoting a positive work environment.
