Lead AI Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Implementation Specialist to lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions in our Marketing Department.

  • Achieve Measurable Value through AI Integration in Marketing: Identify marketing processes where AI can add significant value, develop and implement AI models to automate and optimize campaign targeting, customer segmentation, and performance analysis, and introduce AI-based tools for content personalization, trend forecasting, and consumer behaviour analysis.
  • Develop and Maintain AI-Powered Platforms: Design, build, and maintain AI-powered platforms and tools tailored for the marketing team, collaborating with IT and software teams to integrate AI tools into existing marketing systems.
  • Strategic Planning and Performance Enhancement: Lead the development of data-driven AI marketing strategies, use AI to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement plans, enable real-time campaign adjustments using predictive analytics and machine learning, and continuously evaluate the impact of AI initiatives and suggest enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in implementing AI in marketing or business environments.
  • Strong expertise in AI-related coding (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Experience in natural language processing, machine learning, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Prior experience in a university or educational marketing setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, social listening tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI considerations.
