We seek a diligent and analytical person to fill the position of HR Support Specialist.

**Main Duties:**

  • The ideal candidate will participate in the recruitment process by helping with job postings, reviewing resumes, and participating in candidate interviews.
  • Coordinating new employee onboarding, which includes conducting initial training and handling administrative tasks, is a key responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any issues, resolving disputes, and facilitating open communication.
  • Fostering a positive workplace environment, promoting collaboration, and enhancing overall employee experience is crucial.
  • Identifying areas where employees may require additional training and arranging suitable courses is a significant component of this role.
  • Regularly monitoring employee development and providing feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Achieving timely and accurate payroll processing, while adhering to local labour laws and regulations.
  • Effective administration of employee benefits packages, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement planning.
  • Ensuring the company maintains its compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintaining detailed and organised employee records, including employment contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • The selected candidate will assist the management team in assessing employee performance, developing objectives, and documenting evaluation results.
  • This role entails implementing strategies to boost employee morale and motivation, thereby increasing overall job satisfaction.
  • Preparing insightful HR reports, like employee retention rates, attendance figures, and training metrics, will inform business decisions.
  • Presenting data findings to senior management will enable them to make informed choices and enhance HR practices.
