We are seeking a seasoned Investment Expert to drive our real estate projects forward. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding potential investors and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective clients and investors for our residential and commercial projects.
  • Provide personalized investment advice based on market trends, project potential, and client needs.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and investment meetings with clients.
  • Better still, build lasting client relationships that foster repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and CRM teams to propel investment sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Assist in crafting effective sales strategies and contribute to campaign planning.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • A minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/investment advisory is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You must possess a self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused personality.
