Senior Leadership Role

  • About the Job:

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology systems at major airports handling commercial cargo operations.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead a team of technologists, develop architectural competencies, and ensure seamless integration between systems within the ecosystem.

Technology Strategy & System Development: Lead the next-generation technology stack, ensuring data management and governance are key drivers.

SUPPORT THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OFFICE TO CREATE A STRUCTURED PROJECT PLAN WITH DEFINED TIMELINES, MILESTONES AND DELIVERABLES.

Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance: ESTABLISH AND MANAGE THE ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE FRAMEWORK COVERING BUSINESS, DATA, APPLICATION, TECHNOLOGY, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SECURITY DOMAINS.

CREATE AND ENFORCE TECHNOLOGY STANDARDS, BEST PRACTICES AND QUALITY ASSURANCE MECHANISMS TO ENSURE SYSTEM RELIABILITY AND COMPLIANCE.

Team Leadership & Capacity Building: IDENTIFY, HIRE AND MANAGE A TEAM OF TECHNOLOGISTS FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT.

DEVELOP ARCHITECTURAL COMPETENCIES BY MENTORING AND COACHING IT PERSONNEL TO ALIGN WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS.

Project & Change Management: MANAGE NEW DEMANDS, CHANGE REQUESTS AND SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS, ENSURING RISK DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION TO RELEVANT STAKEHOLDERS BEFORE SIGN-OFF.

REVIEW AND IMPROVE THE CHANGE REQUEST MECHANISM IN COLLABORATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND OVERSEE ITS IMPLEMENTATION.

Integration & Stakeholder Coordination: ENSURE SEAMLESS INTEGRATION BETWEEN SYSTEMS IN THE ECOSYSTEM RESOLVING ISSUES ON PRIORITY.

COORDINATE CLOSELY WITH THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OFFICE IT DEVOPS AND EXTERNAL SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR DATA MANAGEMENT APPLICATION HOSTING SECURITY AND SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: TRACK PERFORMANCE INDICATORS TEAM KPIs AND BUDGETS TO ASSESS TECHNOLOGICAL IMPACT.

PARTNER STATUS REPORTS TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT THE BOARD SHAREHOLDERS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS.

Resource Planning & Budgeting: IDENTIFY RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS ESTIMATE BUDGETS AND PLAN RESOURCE ALLOCATION TO SUPPORT SYSTEM DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION.

RACE STUDY EVALUATE AND CONTRIBUTE TO RFI/RFP/RFQ CONTENT AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS.
