As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

You will provide assistance to customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and/or services.
  • Banish customer dissatisfaction by collaborating and building relationships to strengthen service competitiveness.
  • Eradicate complaints by communicating timely back to customers and resolving any issues regarding the service.
  • Contribute to customer development and foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Maintain a high-quality customer experience resulting in excellent Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
Job Requirements:
  • O Levels/Matric or above education.
  • Between 18-45 years old.
  • Excellent command over English language, with good American or Neutral accent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Customer-centric attitude with high emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.
  • A self-motivated, assertive, and responsive individual who is always ready to help.
