
Administrative Office Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our office in Multan.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who are seeking growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
