Office Manager Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our office in Multan.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  2. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  3. Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  4. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  5. Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who are seeking growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
