The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or supply chain management, with at least 10 years of experience in a relevant field. Alternatively, they may hold an ACCA certification with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a CA/ACMA/CIMA certification with at least 4 years of post-membership experience.

The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing Annual Capital Expenditure Budgets through discussions, meetings, and evaluations to meet the objectives set by the management Board of Directors (BoD) and OGRA parameters for transmission and major distribution projects.

In addition, the Senior Finance Executive will oversee the preparation of Financial Feasibility reports for pipeline projects, taking into account P&D/Sales department data input, government guidelines, ECC decisions, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage and implement financial strategies across various departments.
  2. Prepare Annual Capital Expenditure Budgets through discussions, meetings, and evaluations.
  3. Oversee the preparation of Financial Feasibility reports for pipeline projects.
  4. Identify and assess risks under their management/ownership and develop risk response strategies.
