We are seeking a seasoned TikTok Shop professional to spearhead our e-commerce operations on the platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of managing TikTok Shop accounts, expertise in handling platform policies (including account suspensions), and experience working with both white label and private label products.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing, optimizing, and scaling our TikTok Shop presence to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage E-commerce Operations: Set up and maintain product listings, optimize storefronts, and ensure seamless daily operations.
  2. Content & Campaign Strategy: Coordinate with influencers and content creators to produce high-converting live and short-form content.
  3. Account Management: Monitor account health, respond to policy violations, and manage suspensions or appeals swiftly and professionally.
  4. Product Knowledge: Manage white label and private label product categories, ensuring accurate branding, labeling, and compliance.
  5. Sales & Performance Tracking: Analyze shop performance data and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and growth.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  1. 2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms or similar shopping experiences
  2. Proven ability to handle account suspensions and navigate platform policy issues
  3. Strong understanding of both white label and private label product management
  4. Knowledge of content trends, creator partnerships, and live commerce best practices
  5. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  6. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
