About this role

The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the pharmacy, guaranteeing that all practices align with legal, ethical, and safety standards.

  • Staff Management:

We are looking for a leader who can effectively supervise and train our pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.

  • Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure optimal customer service and workflow.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team performance.
Inventory and Stock Management:

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing medication inventory and ensuring proper stocking of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies.

  • Conduct regular audits to check for expired medications and maintain accurate records of drug inventory.
  • Order and procure medications as necessary while maintaining cost efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance:

This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail and ability to ensure the pharmacy complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medications dispensed in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure that the pharmacy operates in line with safety standards and quality control protocols.
Patient Care:
