A dynamic team is seeking a skilled Growth Hacker to drive user acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, executing full-funnel growth strategies, managing paid media, and optimizing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, launch, and scale user acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, and viral channels.
  2. Design growth strategies that span cold acquisition to referral to retention.
  3. Manage paid media and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  4. Set up and operationalize mobile measurement partners (MMPs) for performance tracking.
  5. Build high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and funnels.
  6. Run experiments across creatives, CTAs, onboarding flows, and more – and scale what works.
  7. Own key performance indicators (KPIs): sign-ups, installs, activation, lifetime value (LTV), and referral metrics.
  8. Report clearly on what's working, what's not, and what's next – without needing to be asked.
Requirements:
  1. 3–6 years of experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or full-stack growth roles.
  2. Proven track record of driving user growth for mobile or web products.
  3. Deep familiarity with MMPs like Appsflyer or Adjust (setup, attribution, postbacks, etc.).
  4. Hands-on execution across paid channels – you've scaled UA spend, not just advised on it.
  5. Highly analytical – you live in dashboards, segment users, and track cohort behavior.
  6. Comfortable wearing multiple hats: part media buyer, part product thinker, part operations expert.
  7. Experience in web3, mobile apps, gaming, fintech, or social is a major plus.
  8. Ability to operate independently and fast – no hand-holding, no wait time.
