Finance and Accounting Expert

The role of a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant is pivotal in driving the financial success of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems that meet the unique needs of each client.

Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the project life cycle, from initial analysis and design to modeling, testing, training, deployment, and providing ongoing support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the proposed solution meets client expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will require a deep understanding of core finance and accounting modules, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, cash and bank management, budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client requirements to identify their needs and challenges.
  • Develop solution designs based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the proposed solution meets client expectations.
  • Ensure quality assurance by thoroughly testing the configured solution.
  • Provide post-go-live support, including bug fixes, maintenance, and updates to the solution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
  • At least two successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O).
  • 10+ years of experience in core finance and accounting modules.
  • Preferred to have CPA training or certification.
  • Conduct FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client interaction skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a larger team throughout an enterprise transformation.
  • High degree of initiative and personal responsibility.
  • Willingness and ability to work global delivery teams across time zones.
