Key Responsibilities:

The Manager will ensure clear communication of targets to the sales team and relevant stakeholders.

This includes providing regular updates on target progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinating with the head office.

  • ">Business Analysis

The Manager will perform ad-hoc analyses to support the sales team with insights and actionable data.

This may involve analyzing sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

The Manager will provide analytical support to address specific business needs and challenges.

  • ">Regional Promotional Strategies

The Manager will design and implement regional promotional strategies and campaigns.

These strategies will be developed in collaboration with the sales team to ensure that they meet the needs of the local market.

The Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to develop effective promotional materials and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.

Minimum 5-7 years experience in business support or sales operations role, preferably in financial services or telecom industry.
