Audit Compliance Specialist - Emerging Standards

Job Summary:

The role of the Audit Compliance Specialist is to oversee and track emerging standards, conduct audits in accordance with established procedures, and coordinate internal and external resources for these audits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all emerging standards, conducting audits according to set standards and coordinating internal and external resources for audits.
  • Initiate opening and closing of various audit meetings and conduct audits in compliance with the planned schedule.
  • Design and document comprehensive audit plans and prepare reports in line with established procedures, ensuring timely monitoring of corrective actions in accordance with industry standards.
  • Analyze audit results, implementing necessary actions to address compliance issues and interpret complex regulations to ensure adherence within the organization.
  • Develop and approve quality procedures for the organization and oversee compliance procedures, escalating discrepancies to management as needed.
  • Collaborate with support departments, troubleshooting audit files to identify issues.
  • Provide training to quality auditors and perform assessments of processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
