SEO Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The primary focus of this role is on implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve the organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • On-page Optimization: Optimize website content, structure, and HTML elements to improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant target keywords and phrases. Analyze search volume, competition, and user intent to develop keyword strategies for content optimization.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content development. Provide recommendations for optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and other on-page elements.
  • Technical SEO Analysis: Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues that may impact search visibility. This includes analyzing site architecture, URL structure, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and other technical factors.
  • SEO Performance Monitoring: Utilize web analytics tools to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Link Building: Support link building initiatives by identifying quality link opportunities, conducting outreach, and building relationships with relevant websites and influencers.
  • SEO Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of website development and content creation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing on-page and technical SEO strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools and SEO software.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in SEO.
