Global Trade Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced trade professional to oversee the export process.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Exploring new international markets and managing exports of products globally.
  • Negotiating with various stakeholders, preparing export price break-ups in different countries, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Creating Proforma Invoices, commission bills, and rebate claim cases.
  • Coordinating with exporters, logistics providers, and customs clearance agents for seamless and timely completion of the export procedure.

  • Understanding of global logistics, including transportation by sea and port operations.
  • A team player who consistently supports management and promotes a positive work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, and committed to upholding company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders, including exporters, logistics providers, and customs clearance agents.
  • Monitoring and improving export processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of export procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in export coordination, logistics, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and logistics best practices.
