Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Administrative Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting proposals and public policies, conducting in-depth research, and preparing concept notes/project proposals for new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting proposals and public policies
  • Conducting in-depth research on best practices
  • Preparing concept notes/project proposals for new initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors (4 Years) in Public Policy/Business Administration or equivalent in a related field
  • Degrees must be recognized and attested by a relevant authority
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting proposals and public policies
  • Knowledge of Identity Management, Biometric technologies would be an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office

Terms & Conditions:

  • The selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required)
  • Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason
